BORMIOLI LUIGI AT THE CENA DEI MILLE 2026

Bormioli Luigi takes center stage together with some of the biggest names in Italian cuisine and the gastronomic excellence of the Food Valley, at the 2026 edition of Cena dei Mille, taking place on Tuesday, September 8, in the heart of Parma.

An iconic event, organized by the Parma UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy Foundation in collaboration with the Municipality of Parma, that every year transforms Piazza Garibaldi and Strada della Repubblica into a restaurant under the stars, with a 400-metre-long table for 1,000 guests.

The 2026 menu will be created by two-Michelin-starred Chef Gennaro Esposito, Chef and owner of La Torre del Saracino in Vico Equense, who will join forces with Parma Quality Restaurants, ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine – and Chef to Chef, for a four-course dinner dedicated to the flavours and products of the six excellence food supply chains of the Parma Food Valley.

Bormioli Luigi will participate with a celebratory charger plate, the Ronda plate by Bormioli Rocco, featuring a decoration inspired by the Ospedale Vecchio in Via D’Azeglio, one of the most iconic historic landmarks of Parma, created exclusively for the event and destined to become a collector’s item for participants.

A sparkling stemglass, Vinoteque Smart, by Luigi Bormioli, a symbol of tradition and refinement, will be used to open the evening during the aperitif.

Participation in Cena dei Mille represents an opportunity for Bormioli Luigi to celebrate the culture of food and wine, the promotion of local excellence and the promotion of the local area, in the heart of the city where the Company’s Headquarters are located.

The evening, sold out in just six minutes after the opening of ticket sales on July 8th, reaffirms its status as one of the year’s most awaited food and wine events, with guests from all over Italy and abroad. An occasion that brings together the local heritage and gastronomy, tradition and innovation, in a setting of beauty and 100% Italian quality.
