HOAS - HISTORY OF A STYLE -

Parma, 22 November 2021 - The second edition of "HOAS - History of a Style" will take place from 25 to 28 November at the Lingotto in Turin. This year, the prestigious fashion event will present a philosophy in harmony with respect for the planet, under the banner of green and renewable energies.
The Bormioli Luigi Glassmaker Group, strongly committed to the development of technologies aimed at an increasingly sustainable and waste-free Made in Italy, will take part in the exclusive setting of all the lunches, gala and charity dinners of the event, with the Grangusto Tavola Italiana collections in opal glass for Bormioli Rocco https://bit.ly/Collezione_GRANGUSTO_Bormioli_Rocco) and Vinea in SON.hyx® lead-free crystal glass for Luigi Bormioli (https://bit.ly/Collezione_VINEA_BormioliLuigi).
The aim of the event is to raise awareness of sustainable fashion and lifestyle. HOAS is a spokesperson for a cleaner future, where renewable energy and eco-sustainability will provide guidelines for every sector, from fashion to food, automotive, film and television.
The main pavilion of the venue will be around 9,000 square metres with different areas dedicated to fashion shows and green-themed settings for bloggers, influencers and celebrities. The main events will include fashion shows by various brands including Gai Mattiolo and Romeo Gigli; a Chef Experience, a Gambero Rosso Starred Dinner and finally the Exclusive Fashion Party.
The Luigi Bormioli Glassmaker Group will play a leading role at the table and in the kitchen, central elements of the event that summarise all the perspectives of sustainability, from the food chain to the production of tableware collections that are increasingly in line with respect for the environment and resources.
Run by Michelin-starred chef Ivano Ricchebono, assisted by chefs Marco Sacco of the Piccolo Lago restaurant in Verbania, Alfredo Russo of Dolce Stilnovo at the Reggia di Venaria and pastry chef Fabrizio Racca, the HOAS kitchen boasts another exceptional chef, master Igino Massari, who will pay tribute to the event with a special dessert of his own making.
At the end of the event, the Bormioli products will be donated to the P.A. Voluntary Association. Croce Giallo Azzurra di Torino ONLUS, which has been working for over 25 years providing first aid, social assistance and protection services. The proceeds from the dinner will also be used to purchase a paediatric ambulance.
