Transparency, brightness and purity of Bormioli Luigi’s glass are renowned on the market. This is achieved through a continuous development of new glass formulation and an accurate management and control of:
  • glass optical properties by spectrophotometric analysis
  • melting process and batch composition
  • raw materials quality and purity


GLASS BOTTLES FORMING

Our glass production is fully automatic.
We can produce the most demanding and difficult bottles shape, with 3 or 4 parts moulds, free blowing (no buffer mark), drawer moulds, baseless bottles.
Hot end fire polishing technique is available on all our lines.

FEEDER COLOURING

Going from the lightest purple to the complete black, glass feeder colours are developed with the customer within a wide range of shades and colours, with very flexible minimum quantities.




3D PRINTER

A 3D printer is available to realize mock-ups and design tests in few hours, thus allowing the customer to see and touch the bottle, its shape, its proportions, as well as to quickly test complex assemblies with other functional or aesthetic components (collars, closures, cases, badges)
