FUNDING RECEIVED FROM THE "MINISTERIO DE HACIENDA Y FUNCIÓN PÚBLICA"

The Bormioli Rocco, S.A.U. project, subsidised by the Regional Incentives of the Ministry of Finance under file number GU/258/P03, granted by the Agreement of the Delegated Government Commission for Economic Affairs dated 17 December 2021, includes the construction of new hollow glass production lines with IS machines.
The motivation for this project is to achieve a definitive solution for the future of Bormioli Rocco, S.A.U., guaranteeing both the company's future activity and current jobs, as well as indirect jobs in the Castilla-La Mancha region, as a result of the investments to be made.
To achieve this, the table glass production lines have been replaced by the latest generation of IS machines for the production of glass containers for the perfumery and cosmetics industry, which offer greater added value for both the company and the region in which it is located.
