INTERCHANGEABLE NECKS Driven by the fundamental challenges of eco-design, Bormioli Luigi is innovating with a new, patented industrial solution that is both flexible and cost-effective. Thanks to the innovative personalization of the mold, this allows the use of various types of necks. An identical bottle can therefore be adapted for multiple references in terms of neck size, section and format, as well as the choice of a screw or crimped ring closure. This modular concept allows the conception of a flexible, diverse offer, including line extensions, from fragrance to cosmetics, with the same model as starting point. This is notably a response to demand for small volumes, limited editions and seasonal collections by providing a significant reduction in the number of mould components and related costs. |
