The Scorpion  is a drink of Polinesian origin very popular, rum-based. With a very intense flavour is often suggested in a glass with a great capacity able to contain copious volumes of ice and fruits as a decoration.  

You need

80 ml of White rum
40 ml of cognac
80 ml of orange juice
20 ml of barley water
40 ml of lemon juice ice to taste
1 slice of papaya
1 passion fruit
some mint leaves
Premium cocktail glass  

How to prepare the Scorpion

Put the rum, the cognac, the lemon juice and the barley water in a shaker. Mix vigorously for about one minute with ice cubes. Filter the cocktail while pooring it in the Premium cocktail glass half-full on ice cubes. As a final touch add a papaya slice, half passion fruit and some mint leaves. Your re-freshing Scorpion coctail is ready!
